$ Must be holder of a degree in law granted by a university estblished by law in India and must have been enrolled as an Advocate.

Not more than 35 Years and 38 Years in the case of candidtes belonging to scheduled caste or Scheduled Tribe as on the last date fixed for receipt

Procedure of Recruitment – By direct recruitment on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in a competitive examination conducted by the High Court.
